The sofa was made in the 1960s in the former German Democratic Republic. It resembles Italian furniture but is crafted with German precision and sturdiness. This sofa has undergone a complete renovation. The old materials, sponges, and straps were removed. The next step was to install new straps and foam. The renovation was completed with a beautiful stain-resistant velvet covering, and the legs were cleaned and repainted with teak varnish.
