Turquoise velvet 3-seater sofa, 1960s, restored.

The sofa was made in the 1960s in the former German Democratic Republic. They resemble Italian furniture but are made with German precision and sturdiness. This sofa has undergone a complete renovation. The old materials, sponges, and strips were removed. The next step was to install new straps and foam. The renovation was completed with a beautiful stain-resistant velvet covering, and the legs were cleaned and repainted with teak varnish. All renovation steps were carried out by hand, taking into account the original manufacturing process.
