Pair of wooden and cane bedside tables, 1950s

A pair of bedside tables dating from around 1950, characterised by an elongated compass leg and a drawer front adorned with a caned panel. Made from light wood with warm tones — likely oak or beech — they combine the retro and bohemian lines of mid-century design. Their compact size will easily fit on either side of a bed, infusing a soft and natural atmosphere into the bedroom. Condition: Functional furniture with one drawer each, showing an overall patina of use. As indicated in the visuals, the legs show some signs of wear and aesthetic instability requiring attention or minor care, along with a few superficial micro-scratches consistent with age (visible in photos). These signs of age do not detract from the vintage charm of this lovely pair.
