Superb and rare pair of monumental wall sconces (height 77 cm) from the modernist era, emblematic of Italian design from the 1970s-1980s (Mid-Century Modern style). Each sconce consists of a central structure in brushed steel with a minimalist and sleek design, accommodating two imposing cylinders made of blown art glass. Crafted in a warm amber/orange hue, the glass features a magnificent intense bubbled texture (pulegoso effect). This unique artisanal finish softly filters light in a warm, enveloping, and textured manner, while concealing the bulb. Thanks to their bidirectional system, these fixtures project elegant geometric beams on the wall, both upwards and downwards (architectural lighting effect Up & Down).
