Art Deco cigarette case, alpaca cigarette holder with WS monogram.

This precious antique cigarette case is made of hammered silver-plated metal. It dates from the 1920s-1930s. This cigarette holder features an elegant engraved monogram - the initials "WS". Inside, a strap holds the cigarettes on one side. This case still contains its period cigarettes: Gitanes. It bears the ALPACCA hallmark. In good condition, it measures 9 cm X 8 cm. I note some signs of wear and traces of oxidation. One strap is missing on one side.
