Set of four model 6200 chairs in solid oak, with woven rope seats. Created by Robert and Trix Haussmann, a leading Swiss designer couple of the 20th century. Their work combines constructive rigor and timeless elegance, like this model where the simplicity of the lines highlights the nobility of the wood and the texture of the woven fabric. A similar example is kept at the Design Museum in Zurich. Seat height: 45 cm. Manufacturer: Dietiker AG, Switzerland, 1963. Good condition, second hand, stains on the seats.
