We are delighted to offer for sale this heavily carved dark oak kneehole desk from the 19th century. An impressive Green Man desk with flowers and scrolls, the superstructure featuring a moulded gallery at the back, equipped with five small drawers and an inlaid leather writing surface. Followed by three small drawers and a medium secret drawer, resting on turned and fluted legs. The condition of the desk is good for its age, with the top showing some light marks and signs of wear, which is expected for a desk of this age. Height: 125 cm, Width: 130.5 cm, Depth: 78.5 cm. All our items are cleaned, waxed, and polished for an exclusive finish.
