Verner Panton Heart Cone Chair for Vitra 1958/2003

Iconic Heart Cone Chair, designed by the Danish designer Verner Panton in 1958. Originally this model was manufactured by Plus-Linje, Vitra started their production in the early 2000s. This particular chair was made by Vitra in 2003. It is marked with the original label underneath the seat. The chair takes its name from the expressive, heart-shaped silhouette of its seat shell. The chair combines a comfortably upholstered seat with an understated elegant bas made of satin brushed stainless steel. The chair has its original red Kvadrat wool upholstery, which is in perfect condition. The shell is made of glass-fiber inforced polyester. The chair is in excellent condition, as new.
