This lamp is much more than a light fixture; It is a conversation piece that illuminates as much through its function as through its history. The ceramic lamp base, in a deep and soothing blue, has been restored using the traditional Urushi-tsugi technique. Rather than hiding its fractures, we chose to highlight them with pure silver powder bound to natural Urushi lacquer. This contrast between the matte finish of the base and the metallic shine of the silver creates a Wabi-sabi aesthetic of great elegance. It is a work that embodies our concept of Metamorphosis: the broken object not only regains its solidity but also gains a higher artistic and spiritual value." Technical Details: Materials: Ceramic, natural Urushi lacquer, pure silver powder (99.9%). Technique: Traditional Japanese art restoration (multi-layer hand polishing). Condition: Restored by art. The electrical system has been checked and is fully functional. Style: Contemporary / Wabi-sabi. A piece with contemporary design born from artisanal metamorphosis, combining the charm of vintage with the nobility of traditional Japanese lacquer.
