Magnificent antique tea/coffee service in Limoges porcelain, manufactured by A. Lanternier & Cie, consisting of 41 pieces. The set is made of ivory porcelain with rich gold decoration, featuring ornamental friezes and handles, spouts, and knobs generously enhanced with gold. The various pieces bear the Limoges France, A. Lanternier mark. The service includes: 12 cups, 12 saucers, 12 dessert plates, 1 large teapot/coffee pot with lid, 1 sugar bowl with lid, 1 milk jug, 1 large serving platter, as well as an antique sugar tongs, making a total of 41 pieces. A very beautiful reception set, particularly decorative, with the larger pieces showcasing elegant Art Deco-inspired lines. Vintage condition: very good overall condition considering its age (1920). Some signs of use and slight alterations to the gilding may be present.
