Large brass floral centre table/plateau - Art Deco style (1930/1950)

Superb vintage decorative bowl in repoussé brass, featuring a stylised floral shape in a fan design (lotus or sunflower spirit) typical of productions from the first half of the 20th century. With its geometric and symmetrical design, this piece fits perfectly within the lineage of late Art Deco style and the Mid-Century transition. Its scalloped petals radiate from a perfect centre to create a very elegant sun-like dynamic. The object displays a magnificent original patina with signs of oxidation and marks of time that testify to its authenticity and history (approximately 75 to 90 years old). It can be left in its current state for a chic and authentic flea market spirit, or polished to regain its full golden shine. Decor idea: Ideal on a Scandinavian sideboard as a catch-all, as a centrepiece, or simply displayed as a piece of metal art. Condition: Good vintage condition.
