Faux Bamboo Style Cabinet in Pichepine, late 19th century. A magnificent piece with a mirror, in a beautiful decorative style. The cabinet remains in very good condition, sound and clean. It shows some signs of wear commensurate with its age; the marble top is in good condition, and the marble edge also shows a stable and solid repair, visually blending into the veining of the marble. As seen in the photos. This model could have had fabric side doors, as evidenced by the holes at the ends, but these additions are not present here. This inviting piece would be perfect as an entryway cabinet or in a more intimate space.
