Old large country hut

This beautiful oak chest dates from the beginning of the century and remains in very good condition. It has just been treated with natural linseed oil to highlight its patina. Traces of wear are visible under the lid of the chest, a scratch that can be repaired. The lid has its life too, slightly curved or domed inwards and a little play. Some stains from a life already well lived. The lid is not attached with hinges, just placed and recessed. Chest depth 34 cm total length 108 cm width 49 cm total height 79 cm.
