Postmodern lamp Titania Terra by Alberto Meda and Paolo Rizzatto

In this advertisement, you will find a classic floor lamp design Titania, manufactured by the Italian maker Luceplan according to a creation by Alberto Meda and Paolo Rizzatto. Here in the rare Terra version as a floor lamp. The Titania Terra has long been out of production and is therefore rare. The lamp's body, shaped like a reflector, consists of a finely crafted aluminium skeleton that forms the shape of a wing. The light source is located at the centre of the wing. It has yellow and green colour filters that create coloured light. The filters colour the aluminium ribs, and a functional white light emerges from the centre. The particularity of the Titania Terra is the arm and base of the lamp, very finely executed and gracefully ending in a counterweight. The lamp's head appears to almost float. The lamp is dimmable via the cord dimmer. Made in Italy in 1989. Very good vintage condition. The European plug can easily be adjusted for use outside Europe with a simple adapter.
