Brutalist tripod chair

Primitive wooden tripod chair. A beautiful brutalist object with a distinctive patina. Handmade in the early 20th century from solid wood, it was once used as a maternity chair. The rectangular seat rests on three tapered legs. The chair is in good vintage condition, with some signs of wear. Seat height 36cm.
