Art Nouveau settee / early 20th century — restored

Elegant two-seater bench made of wood, painted and varnished in olive green, in the Art Nouveau style of the early 20th century. Structure with curved lines, backrest with open slats featuring diamond-shaped geometric patterns, characteristic of decorative cabinetmaking from the 1900–1920 period. Fully restored: carefully sanded and repainted, newly upholstered in vegetable fibre on webbing, with embroidered floral fabric on an ecru background. Neat finishing with woven braid sewn around the edge of the seat. Condition: very good condition after complete restoration. Style: Art Nouveau / Edwardian. Materials: lacquered wood, fibre, embroidered fabric, decorative braid. Ideal piece for an entrance, bedroom, or living room.
