Rare ancient organic vase from Thulin in glazed flame pottery.

Rare piece. Very beautiful glazed ceramic vase attributed to the Faïencerie de Thulin, Belgium, circa 1920 - 1930. Particularly sculptural and organic shape. The upper part adorned with a blend of celadon green, water/mint green, turquoise, and brown, applied in irregular drips. Generously rounded belly, extended into a dynamic upper part, animated by large openwork handles that seem to flow from the neck. Wavy lines, almost plant-like, halfway between Art Nouveau and Art Deco. The lower part covered in deep, shiny black glaze. Turquoise interior. The base features an impressed shape number.
