Buffet sideboard from the mid or second half of the 20th century. This piece adopts the codes of the Louis XV style with cabriole legs and a curved lower rail. The technique used for the beige finish is a deliberate crackle, intended to give an antique and patinated appearance. The central panels and drawer knobs feature genre scenes inspired by the 18th century, reminiscent of the style of Jean-Honoré Fragonard or Antoine Watteau (gallant scenes in gardens).
