Art Deco floor lamp with milky glass and side table, Thonet, 1950s – Czechoslovakia

This mid-century floor lamp, made in the 1950s in former Czechoslovakia, embodies the functional Art Deco spirit of Thonet. Combining lighting and a side table, it is both practical and space-saving. Its structure is made of chrome and beech. The milky glass globe shade diffuses a soft light. The lower part consists of two square wooden shelves with rounded corners, allowing the lamp to serve as a small table or display surface. The wiring has been recently replaced.
