Louis XVI style sofa bed – Mahogany-stained beech & blue velvet

Louis XVI style sofa bed, solid beech structure stained mahogany, produced in the 1980s, model no longer in production. The structure features four fluted columns topped with pine cone finials and blocks sculpted with floral rosettes. The entire piece is upholstered in a two-tone blue chevron cut velvet, applied to all visible sides including the back. The sides are highlighted with a double row of bronze upholstery nails. Two matching bolster cushions are included. The sliding mechanism allows for conversion into a bed, revealing a mattress measuring 170 X 130 cm. Seat height: 45 cm. Overall dimensions: H. 77 cm – W. 165 cm. Estimated weight: 80 kg. Workshop report: furniture in perfect condition, upholstery without visible wear, functional conversion mechanism, no visible restoration. Original velvet and nails.
