Industrial lamp base

Very nice old printing roller or cylinder for paper or fabric. The plant motifs in the illustration are drawn on the roller and the metal elements which are in relief are those which will print the color. It was part of a set of rollers, each having its own color (industrial process for printing colors invented by mi leroy in 1875). Very easy to reassemble as a lamp because the roller is pierced. Its color is light wood, almost gray. Its dimensions are 60 cm high and the diameter 15.5 cm.
