Originally designed by Arne Jacobsen for the professors of St. Catherine's College at the University of Oxford, England, the elegant Oxford™ chair by Fritz Hansen has since been enhanced to suit a new generation of workspaces, offering supreme seating comfort and customisation to meet all modern needs. Combining form and functionality, the model 3243T with a medium backrest rests on a five-star base with a fixed seat height suitable for desks. The aluminium armrests easily slide under tables. Its minimalist design is upholstered for added comfort and provides lumbar support for a more natural sitting posture. In cognac/walnut colour, the leather seat and backrest are in very good condition with minimal signs of wear on the edges. The brushed aluminium parts are in good condition with normal signs of wear. The chairs were used in a law firm and were placed in the firm's meeting room.
