Antique mahogany graduated desk

This 19th-century writing desk captivates with its scalloped gallery, twisted columns, and the depth of its mahogany. A writing desk designed for working elegantly, it fits comfortably in a living room, bedroom, or timeless study corner. Materials: solid mahogany base, with a black leather writing surface and small turned wooden knobs. Features: the gallery opens to several drawers, perfect for storing mail, stationery, and small treasures. It is crowned with an openwork gallery featuring wavy cutouts, accented by three twisted columns. The writing surface, bordered by a lovely wooden frame, rests on four turned baluster legs, and two belt drawers complete the storage. Condition: solid and stable on its feet. The drawers slide well but no longer lock. The original leather surface is generally in good condition; there is a small缺口 on the right (visible in the photo).
