Set of 2 lounge chairs — w.h. Gispen for kembo, 1960s, metal and wool. This pair of lounge chairs was designed by w.h. Gispen for kembo in the 1960s and reflects the clean, functional aesthetics of postwar dutch modernism. The frames are made of black lacquered metal, with gently curved armrests and a floating seat structure. The original light blue wool upholstery is in used condition — still intact, but visibly worn.
