Lightly proportioned teak frame with shaped armrests and beige faux leather upholstery on the seat and backrest. Scandinavian production, 1960s. Made in Scandinavia in the 1960s, this armchair features a teak frame characterised by tapered uprights and slender armrests, gently curved and joined to the backrest. The upholstered seat and backrest, both covered in beige faux leather, are set within the frame, leaving generous open spaces between the different elements. Particular attention is given to the woodworking and joints, especially where the armrests meet the backrest, reflecting an approach typical of Scandinavian furniture design of the period.
