This Componibili with two open modules is an old and authentic version of the square model, stamped in the mass of the plastic like the Kartell productions of the time, and its matte cream white hue confirms the age of the manufacturing. Two open and stackable modules, without a door, reminiscent of the very first version of the square Componibili. The slots for wheels are present at the base but the wheels are not included, allowing it to be used directly on the floor as a bedside table, a side piece, or a low bookshelf. The square version without a door is no longer produced today, as Kartell no longer issues this configuration, making it an increasingly difficult piece to find. Anna Castelli Ferrieri, a Milanese architect and designer, created with the Componibili one of the most important pieces in the history of plastic design.
