Carved pine stool

Carved wooden side table, in the style of Charles Dudouyt, made in the 1940s and 50s. Its solid pine top, with a scrolled and hollow-carved edge, rests on four tapered legs, also crafted, which unscrew for easy transport and installation. This piece expresses all of Dudouyt's neo-rustic and modernist spirit, playing on the strength of the wood and the decorative rhythm of the patterns.
