Art glass vase by Michael Harris for Mdina Maltese

Maltese art glass vase made at mdina and designed by michael harris in the early 1970’s. Rectangular shape with a narrow pinched neck and wide top rim. Mdina glass was founded in 1968 by michael harris on the island of malta. Michael was a lecturer in industrial glass design at the royal college of art in london and along with eric dobson moved to the island to create malta’s first ever glass manufacturer. Condition.
