Set of three Italian faience plates from Bassano, hand-painted with distinct motifs: fruits (fig, plum, pear) and floral composition. The free and expressive decoration is typical of Bassano workshops: visible brush strokes, vibrant and contrasting palette, and deliberately spontaneous composition. The scalloped edges enhance their decorative presence. Bassano signature on the reverse: Bassano del Grappa is a major centre of Italian ceramics, known for its hand-painted decorative pieces. In excellent vintage condition, with a network of natural crazing and a beautiful shine (see photos). Diameters are 24 cm, 24 cm, and 27.5 cm. Ideal for a country table, where vintage Italian faience makes a strong statement with an intense palette.
