Oval mirror in gilded wood – early twentieth century

This oval-shaped gilded wood mirror to be placed vertically or horizontally features a carved frame of flutes as well as flower and foliage motifs. The inside of the perimeter is highlighted by a strip of faux wood imitating the bramble of cedar and surrounded by an olive frieze. This mirror is dark with a beveled ice with the original mercury.
