Large vintage headboard in woven rattan fan / Peacock 180cm

Magnificent and rare vintage headboard from the 1960s in rattan and caning, model "Peacock", in the spirit of the iconic Emmanuelle chairs. This spectacular piece captivates with its generous dimensions, its radiant fan-shaped decor, and the finesse of its craftsmanship. A true decorative element in its own right, it immediately adds a bohemian chic, Riviera, or Mediterranean touch to a bedroom. Large model for a double bed, ideal for a mattress width of 160 to 180 cm. The entire piece has been carefully cleaned and then nourished with linseed oil to preserve the shine and flexibility of the rattan. Beautiful original patina, warm and authentic. Condition: Very good vintage condition. Notable points: * missing two strands on the right side; * a few small occasional losses related to age and use.
