This unique bar cabinet from 1930s Poland combines sculptural asymmetry with the refined geometry of Art Deco and early functionalism. Its form is both bold and balanced – a statement piece that stands out in any sophisticated interior. Fully restored in our workshop using traditional methods, the cabinet features: – Natural walnut veneer with a stunning bookmatched grain pattern. – Shellac polish, applied by hand in multiple layers for a deep, high-gloss finish. – Original tubular steel leg, professionally re-chromed (galvanic restoration, value: €200) – All original hardware (locks, hinges, key) preserved and cleaned. The restoration process included full disassembly, veneer repairs, surface preparation, manual application of over 20 coats of shellac, final polishing, and chrome replating – all carried out with respect for the integrity and historic character of the piece. A rare collector’s item – ideal for refined interiors, gallery curation, or high-end design projects. Width: 130 cm. Depth: 40 cm. Height: 112 cm (tall section), 64 cm (low section).
