Superb vintage flower frog by Accolay, made of glazed ceramic in the 1960s. This collector's item is distinguished by its sculpted, organic shape, reminiscent of a plant capsule or a mineral form. The top is pierced with multiple openings of varying sizes, typical of Accolay's floral designs, offering a very contemporary graphic aesthetic. The glaze subtly blends shades of sandy beige, ochre, burnt brown, and oxidized green, with natural drips and veins that evoke a geological texture. A striking decorative piece, it works equally well on its own or with a few dried or fresh stems. The "Accolay" signature is visible on the base. Dimensions: • Height: 14 cm. • Maximum diameter: 12 cm. • Base diameter: 9 cm. Condition: Very good vintage condition. An iconic piece of 1960s French ceramics, expressive, textured, and highly sought after. Ideal for lovers of raw, natural and sculptural design.
