60s/70s metal and resin pendant light

60s/70s metal and resin pendant light. Pendant light attributed to Terence CONTRAN, founder of the Habitat chain. It features a massive piece of pale yellow tinted resin sandwiched between two polished aluminum plates. The assembly is handcrafted, individually, each aluminum plate having its own place and not being interchangeable with the other due to the screws being threaded individually. This is not a mass-produced light. The original English 3-color wire (black, blue, red) has been changed to a 2-color wire (blue, brown) to current French standards.
