Thonet armchair No. 221, proven model circa 1900, it is a luxurious armchair, which moves away from bistro models while maintaining solidity and lightness. Beautiful 7-pointed palmette in cut plywood. Capitals in the upper part of the front legs. This model is presented here with the "bronze engraving" option on an overall light American mahogany color. See photos of details. Very good original condition, production of 1905, typical color of this "mahogany" period. Canework redone during the lifetime in perfect condition.
