Stralux desk lamp

Desk or table lamp, vintage style, probably dating from the 1970s, with a typical design of the Mid-Century Modern movement. Colours: Its main colour is a bright, shiny red, present on the base, the horizontal arm, and the lampshade. The central vertical stem is made of silver chrome metal. Base: Circular, red, and flat, it ensures the stability of the whole. Central stem: A slender vertical post in chrome metal. Arm and Lampshade: A red horizontal arm connects the central stem to the lampshade. This arm is adjustable in height along the vertical stem and can be pivoted. Lampshade: Cylindrical and flared in shape, made of red metal, with a white interior to better reflect the light. It is equipped with a joint that allows the light flow to be directed upwards or downwards, as seen in the various images (horizontal position, tilting upwards or downwards). The horizontal arm can be moved vertically along the chrome metal stem. The lampshade can be pivoted to direct the light. Electrification: A black power cord runs through the horizontal arm and descends along the vertical stem (or is attached to it). It is equipped with a black "olive" type switch for turning on.
