Rare double lamps from Architectural Lighting designed by the famous industrial designer Peter Nelson from the 1960s. The design language and materiality of Nelson's designs reflect his origins in the aerospace industry. Aluminium as a "signature material" and the precision of engineering and manufacturing. His light fixtures are characterised by a purist aesthetic inherent in functional and technical details. A special detail is the finely and delicately crafted rod made of solid material, to which the spots are attached by a clamp. The wall mounting plate consists of a flat aluminium cylinder, closed by the spot plate. The black cable is visible on both sides of the arms. Vintage design.
