RS 37 Flower Lamp Space Age Danish mid-century by Poul Cadovius for Cado, 1960s

Very rare Flower lamp from the Danish manufacturer Cado, based on a design by Poul Cadovius from the 1960s. A simple and elegant design. The lamp consists of two half-shells, connected by four wires at a distance. The lower bowl is designed to hold plants. In the upper bowl, there is a small E14 socket in the centre to illuminate the plants from above. The power line is relieved by a metal cord to cushion any additional weight from the plants.
