Scandinavian mid-century rosewood shelving unit attributed to Preben Sorensen, 1960s

This mid-century rosewood shelving unit is reminiscent of the iconic 1960s modular furniture designed by Preben Sorensen due to its construction and brass details. The overall set size is H: 206 / W: 243 / D: 34 cm. It features 16 shelves and a bar cabinet with drop-down doors. This set is fully modular, offering a variety of configuration options to suit your needs. The assembly system is simple and intuitive, with shelves mounted on solid wood rails using brass brackets or, for a cabinet, long pins in the back. This set will wonderfully decorate your wall, adding style to your living room, hallway, office, or any other interior. Furthermore, it is a great storage space. The bar cabinet can also work as a hidden desk or a secretaire when placed lower. The set includes: A cabinet with lockable drop-down doors H: 61 / W: 80 / D: 34 cm (depth when fully open: 71 cm) 16 shelves 20 cm depth, 4 solid wood montage rails, each 206 cm long, Brass hardware. The wall unit has been fully renovated. All the wood has been sanded down, stained and finished with satin lacquer, matching the original one.
