A pair of bookends in the shape of a globe, dating from the 1950s and 1970s. These rare bookends were produced by the french toy company "jouets mont blanc" (created in 1950 and closed in the 1970s). The globes are marked "mont blanc toys made in france". Made of sheet metal and rest on a wooden base. The décor is written in latin. Good general condition.
