Set of Ochre Villeroy & Boch Soup Bowls and Plates from the Picnic Series

Ceramic ochre-coloured soup bowls with plates from the picnic series by villeroy & boch. Made and hand-painted with floral motifs in the 1970s in mettlach, germany, as can be ready on the bottom of the bowls and the plates: "mettlacher handmalerei unterglasurdekor seit 1748". These pieces are dishwasher safe ("spülmaschinenfest"). There are 4 bowls and 3 plates: 1 plate is unfortunately missing. One of the bowls has a chip on the rim, next to the handle: see photo. The other three bowls are in perfect condition. One plate has a hairline crack with a small chip in the glaze. Each bowl weighs approximately 275 grams, is 13 cm wide at the mouth, ca. 17.8 cm wide including the handles, and stands 6 cm tall. Each plate also weighs approximately 275 grams and has a diameter of ca. 19.3 cm.
