Pair of pink opaline vases

Pair of pink opaline vases. They are tulip-shaped with rounded bases and have golden fillets at the neck and centre. On a soft, uniform satin background, there is a grisaille decoration depicting a woman on each vase. Both vases are in very good condition, with some wear to the gilding at the centre. French work from the late 19th century, in a romantic neoclassical style. The signature "H I" is present under both vases. Dimensions - Total weight: 2.955 kilograms. Height per vase: 30 centimetres.
