6 glazed stoneware plates – cobalt blue & turquoise

Set of six thick stoneware plates. Each piece features its own variations: on a finely speckled grey-blue, intense cobalt blue, turquoise, indigo, and sometimes violet hues freely unfold. The glaze is very shiny, particularly catching the light and giving the colours an almost liquid depth. The artisanal character of these plates is also revealed on the underside: the glaze freely forms its shades and drips around the raw stoneware foot. The differences from one piece to another fully contribute to the charm of the set. No marks or stamps. In good vintage condition, with a shiny glaze. Some fine traces and scratches related to use. Diameter 20.5 cm – weight approx. 500 g per plate. Between cobalt blue and turquoise, a vibrant stoneware.
