6 large flat plates in cobalt blue and turquoise stoneware

Set of six large flat plates made of thick stoneware. Each piece features its own variations: on a finely speckled grey-blue, intense cobalt blue, turquoise, indigo, and sometimes violet hues unfold freely. The glaze is very shiny, particularly catching the light and giving the colours an almost liquid depth. The variations in the glaze, different on each plate, highlight the artisanal character of the set. No marks or stamps. In excellent vintage condition, with a shiny glaze. Fine traces and scratches related to use. Diameter 27 cm – weight approx. 1.1 kg per plate. Large stoneware pieces where the blue seems almost to be in motion. A second matching set in a different size (diameter 20.5 cm) is also available in my shop.
