Antique travel trunk with a domed lid, made of wood and reinforced with a network of bands, corner pieces, and blackened metal fittings. Its two front clasps and robust construction evoke the transport trunks of the 19th century. Very decorative, it can serve as storage, a blanket box, or a low side table. It is in an antique condition with numerous signs consistent with its age: dents, splits, wear, oxidation, and previous repairs. Dimensions: L 85 × D 54 × H 63 cm. Weight 15 kg.
