Art Deco entrance coat rack in walnut - Early 20th century

In walnut, this early 20th-century hall coat rack features beautiful Art Deco decoration with its soft lines, sculpted details, and elegant metal hooks. It consists of a large original mercury central mirror, several coat hooks, an umbrella stand with a metal drip tray, and storage compartments at the front. The entire piece has been fully restored and stripped back to reveal the natural warmth of the wood and highlight its superb grain. The original metal elements have been preserved. The mirror is antique and shows some characteristic pitting that attests to its age. The structure is sound, stable, and perfectly functional.
