Art deco Cooper brass floor lamp

This is a bespoke and beautifully hand made art deco/brutalist inspired floor lamp. It is well made and sculpted into a piece of lighting art. Can not identify the maker but research leads me to think that there is a nod to african tribal art in this piece. It is cut in the shape of a shield but also looks tike it was carved for a well apportioned art deco interior. The patina on it is gorgeous and in good condition it is wired for the eu with double sockets for e27 bulbs. When lite the light streams through the strategically place cut outs that highlight the creativity used in making this piece. It is unique and one of a kind. It measures 185 h by 56 ion the width. Is it art or is it lighting — I think its a bit of both.
