Vintage Breton box, carved wooden jewelry box

Vintage breton box or carved wooden jewelry box, in excellent condition. Typical of breton folk art (france), this pretty box is made of dark brown stained wood and has richly carved and chiseled decorations on all sides. Three openwork circular central parts adorn the lid and the front and rear faces. Rectangular in shape and mounted on 4 small round legs, the box closes with a lid held by two brass hinges at the back. The typical small breton box, dating from the 1960s. Length: 21 cm. Width: 13 cm. Total height with feet: 11 cm. Depth: 7 cm. Weight: 400 g. Excellent condition, no lack, no accident.
