Painting HST still life, School of Paris, post-impressionism in Fauvism style, signed - 1907

Hello. I propose an interior painting with warm and subtle colors of Fauvism style. This oil on canvas is signed and dated on the back: BUSS 1907. This bouquet of flowers cut in a vase is composed of 3 huge chrysanthemums. It is interesting to notice the color of the foliage that merges with that of the wallpaper on the wall. This is the link between the 1st plane and the background. Note also the rare color variants and patterns of the 2 wallpapers in the background that perfectly match these chrysanthemums and the reflections of the vase. Finally, a few tiny colorful petals rest in a semicircle on an oval table. Chassis dimensions: 28.5 cm X 35 cm. Frame dimensions: 31.5 cm X 38 cm. Fauvism (or Fauvism) is a brief post-impressionist pictorial movement born in France at the beginning of the twentieth century. The artists of this movement advocated the use of color to the extreme.
