Very rare mid-century floor lamp with striking hole details by Hillebrand, based on a design by Ernest Igl from the 1960s. A project that captivates with its high-quality craftsmanship and elaborate details. The characteristic colouring in brass and blue is remarkable, alternating through the design and forming a harmonious contrast. The lampshade features a simple cylindrical shape and is located at the end of a long stem. Below, the stem transitions into a flat base. There is a carefully crafted stylus element in the middle. A special detail is found in the transition to the lampshade. A cylindrical basket that includes an E14 version. The cylinder is provided with the characteristic perforation of the Ernest hedgehog. The irregular holes appear when the lamp is turned on as bright spots under the shade. The basket is equipped with a foldable lid. Both burners can be lit separately. The upper light via a pull switch, the lower light via a push switch under the basket.
